SOLAR POWER BASICS
1.) SOLAR PANELS collect solar energy and convert it to electric energy in a form of Direct Current or DC (Same electricity used in charging cellphones, laptops and batteries).
2.) INVERTER changes Direct Current or DC into Alternating Current or AC (Same electricity that comes out of our electrical outlets used to power most of our appliances such as TV's, Refrigerators, Airconditioners, Lights etc.).
3.) ELECTRIC METER from utility company like MERALCO slows down or stops when electricity from the solar energy system provides the electricity needed for the building. It will only provide electricity that the solar energy system cannot provide.
4.) MAIN PANEL BOARD is where electricity produced from the solar energy system and electricity from the grid (MERALCO) meet. It is also where the Circuit Breakers are located. The electricity required for each circuit is distributed here.
5.) ELECTRICAL LOADS such as TV's, Refrigerators, Airconditioners, Lights are powered by either the Solar energy system or the grid (eg. MERALCO).

20% Upon Receipt of Wires and Accessories (1 day)
20% Upon Full Installation and Turnover (1-2 days)

WARRANTY:
10 years for Solar Panels
5 years for Inverter
1 year for workmanship
INSTALLATION INCLUDES SUPPLY OF:
Mounting Kit, AC and DC Breakers, Surge Protection Devices, PV and Electrical Wires, Distribution Boxes and Cable Trays.

OUR SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM HAS A RETURN OF INVESTMENT OR R.O.I. OF APPROXIMATELY 2.5 TO 5 YEARS. THE BIGGER THE SYSTEM KW, THE FASTER THE RETURN OF INVESTMENT.
THE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM ABOVE IS A GRID-TIED OR NO BATTERY SYSTEM. WE DO NOT PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THE HYBRID OR GRID AND BATTERY SYSTEM SINCE THE COMPUTED RETURN OF INVESTMENT OR R.O.I. IS MORE THAN 10 YEARS DUE TO HIGH BATTERY PRICE AND LOW BATTERY LIFE (REPLACE EVERY 5-10 YEARS).

THE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM ABOVE DOES NOT INCLUDE NET-METERING FROM MERALCO/POWER COMPANY WHEREIN YOU CAN SELL EXCESS SOLAR ELECTRICITY TO THE GRID SINCE THE COMPUTED RETURN OF INVESTMENT OR R.O.I. FOR THIS IS MORE THAN 7 YEARS SINCE MERALCO/POWER COMPANY BUYS THE ELECTRICITY GENERATED AT 5 PESOS PER KWHR OR JUST A MERE 45% OF THEIR SELLING RATE. EXCESS ENERGY GENERATED WILL ALSO BE TOO SMALL TO GENERATE A GOOD RETURN OF INVESTMENT.
