Below is DOST's Project NOAH where we can see the FLOOD HAZARD for your area. We recommend to consider this in designing the elevation (how high your house / building will be) of your house / building.
Step 2: Click Flood Hazards
Step 3: Input Desired Region, Province/District, Municipal, Return Rate
Tip: if you don't know the Region or District, just do trial and error as the area/municipal will appear. Also input 100 years for the Return Rate to get the worst situation in 100 years.

Step 4: Check your area if it is flood prone using this legend.
